ADDIPURE extractors for oil, BHO and DHO are made from aluminium with a food-grade anodised finish. The natural anodised finish, tried and trusted over many years, increases surface hardness and reduces friction during plant extraction, and is one of the reasons why ADDIPURE oil extractors have gained a reputation for durability second to none.

This ADDIPURE BHO and DHO extractor comes with a height adjustment unit, simplifying adjustment to the collection container below. Your hands are protected against the coldness of the extraction process (DME’s boiling point is -25.0°C). The tripod ensures that the oil extractor is secure and stable and the black rubber tips prevent slipping and offer protection against damage.

All of the components are screw-mounted and can be removed separately, which simplifies filling, maintenance and storage. ADDIPURE essential oil extractors are also easy to open after plant extraction. 

The innovative 3-layer filter system guarantees the highest possible levels of purity. The patented white ADQ extraction filter is embedded between the coarse-mesh (400 µm) and fine-mesh (50 µm) stainless steel filters. The stainless steel filters can be reused repeatedly, while the white ADQ extraction filter should be replaced after 5–7 extractions.

What about varying batch quantities? No problem! The modular design of the ADDIPURE plant extractors means they are easy to adjust to the batch quantity to be extracted. The extraction head and the filter unit are the same diameter and can be combined with the various tubes. Or you fill the empty space using ADDIPURE glass balls. This saves the extraction agent, reduces the risk of ignition and releases fewer environmentally harmful VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Tip: It is best to fill the top 1-2 cm with ADDIPURE glass beads so that the extraction agent is evenly distributed over the plant material.

In combination with the two extraction agents, ADDIPURE Dimethyl Ether DME (laboratory confirmed purity 99.99%) and ADDIPURE n-Butane (laboratory confirmed purity 99.39%), the purity levels of the oil extract obtained are extremely high. Tip: It is best to fill the top 1-2 cm with ADDIPURE glass beads so that the extraction agent is evenly distributed over the plant material.
